Our Products Page contains online shopping cart buttons so that you can order and pay for your materials securely using your credit card. If you prefer to mail your payment, you can use our printable Order Form to total your items' cost and place your order. Click on the button to open a PDF document which you can print out and fax or mail with your payment. You can also use the Order Form for your own records.

For your happiness and ours, we want you to receive your materials quickly, completely and confidently. That means we will use trackable express shipping methods on product orders over $12.00, and will generally insure your shipment for your purchase price if over $50.00. For smaller packages, our preference for economy, speed and trustworthiness is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. When Priority Mail costs go above those charged by UPS or FedEx Ground, we will switch to one of those services. Our shipping charges reflect the cost of these methods (and we don't make money on shipping!) but we think you'll agree it's better for both of us to be SURE that your package will arrive or be able to TRACK it if it doesn't! You'll also receive a confirmation email when your shipment is sent along with anticipated arrival date. Be sure to communicate with us if there are any problems with your shipment once it arrives.
May 2008: Postage rates have gone up... our shipping costs have too. We still use Priority Mail, a great value for trackable express shipping of small packages.

Note to Canadian Customers: We must add a $7.00 surcharge to pay for cross-border shipping. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes. You can use the printable Order Form to submit your order with correct shipping costs, or pay via credit card from our Products page and you will be billed separately for the shipping surcharge before your order ships.

Sorry, we do not ship orders outside of the U.S. and Canada. The additional time required for package preparation and customs documentation is not cost-effective for us as a small business.
